This is also not your typical Steelers/Bengals matchup. Cincy's defense is much better than the past years and Pitt doesn't have the dominant run game they once had.

Pittsburgh opening at -4.5.

Didn't have it last year either, and it didn't seem to matter.

Different teams.

Different teams.

Same owner, same team, same losing results for the Bengals.

Your really comparing last years Bengals team to this year team? Come on Jim your better than that.

Same owner, same team, same losing results for the Bengals.

The Owner plays now? Get off your high horse. To arrogant to admit the Bengals have a legit chance in this one?

In spite of what people may believe, the owner actually does not play in the games for the Bengals. Also its not even close to the same team as last year. The Defense, Offense, and Special Teams are all better. I think your just trying to convince yourself that this is going to be another win over a bad Bengals team. However this Bengals team is not that bad of a team this year at all.

The Bengals need to keep playing great defense and get pressure on Big Ben, and when they do get the pressure on him they need to make sure they find a way to bring him down to the ground.

Hopefully last weeks game against Green Bay was a big confidence boaster for the team and it carries over to this week. It should be a great game and a very physical game. I mean for the first time in a long time, if forever the Bengals actually probably can match up with the Steelers physically on both sides of the ball.

I want the same Antwan Odom that played against the Packers. The D was ball-hawking last Sunday.

A wise man once said play the odds boy... Steelers

I'd like that Odom to show up, but I'll take the 2 sack one that came to play against the Broncos if not....

Answer me this Jim, if the same Bengals and Steelers show up that showed up this past week, who wins?

Neither team will be able to run - Steelers' running game is inept and Steeler's rush defense is too good for the Bengals' offense. The passing games appear about equal to this point. The Bengals are on a high and getting a great pass rush, which will hopefully keep Big Ben off balance. Bengals 24, Steelers 17.

Or they'll get killed . . . . :sssh:

Just for the record, I meant to vote for the Steelers as I think they win a close game.
