September 13, 200917 yr Author So, let me ask this question to Bengal fans. Do you think that the receiving corps is better or worse minus TJ? I only ask because many of you said good riddance and that this group with the addition of Coles and a newly transformed Henry would be better. IMO, TJ makes a difference for the better today.

No doubt. Henry 1 for 18?? Coles was horrible today. Did Jerome Simpson even see the field?
September 13, 200917 yr Yeah and you would think that they would be very potent on that side of the ball with 3 quality recievers in Johnson (I refuse to call him by Ocho Cinco), Coles, and Henry. And to top it off, they have a proven quarterback that can get them the ball! So many dropped balls today its ridiculous. I will say though that Chad Johnson pulled his weight today and had a good game. Can't say much for anyone else. I hope I'm wrong because I really like Palmer but I'm afraid his days as a potential All-Pro level quarterback may be gone. He doesn't look like the same player to me. I know he had some drops but he just seems very average after all the injuries.

September 13, 200917 yr IMO, TJ makes a difference for the better today. Coles dropped way to many balls. The Bengals need a new OC. They have very talented WR's and he doesn't use them right. This game should have never been close.
September 13, 200917 yr Against a terrible Denver team at home. Give me a break. The punter was the only positive that can be taken from this farce. They gave up one TD. We have young players incase you haven't seen the team like Mualauga and Rivers trying to lead the pack. They looked better than the Baltimore D gave up a few to Kansas City's 3rd string QB today...

I know he had some drops but he just seems very average after all the injuries. Even if the glory days are gone, he is still a better than average quarterback. He is light years ahead of QBs like Kyle Orton and several others. He may not be what he once was but he is still one of the better QBs in the game today...

Its not the OCs fault that there were about 10 dropped balls today. What they need is hand transplants for their WRs.
September 13, 200917 yr Coles dropped at least 3 balls that were 1st down when it was 3rd and a few others did as well. That goes a long way in killing some offensive momentum.

Where was everbody on that last play when Stokely plays a little game on the goal line. Where!?! No hustle thats where!
