This one imo was one another one that the Rams should have won. From what it sounded like,same story as last week..............GCHS just wanted it more, made the plays they had to and Raceland didn't. Congrats again to GCHS and the GC fans on the win.

 

Raceland has now lost 3 in a row and is now at a dissapointing 1-3 on the season with East Carter coming in next week.

I know that this team is better than what they are showing. I hope all the true Ram fans will stay with this team. I know that I will not be giving up on them or gong anywhere....."if you can' support them when they are going bad then don't come back around when they are winning", and they will be winning again!

Rams, it sounds to me like some self examinaton and "Ram Pride" checks are desperately needed. I certainly hope that you are not going to quit. There is an entire disctrict schedule left to play an those are the games that willl advance you. Pick yourselves up, get ready for East Carter next week.

 

I still think Raceland will get it together. Barr comes back in a couple of weeks, although at this point, you've got to watch and not put too much pressure on him as the "savior" of this year's Raceland team. I think they are going to get it together, though, and get some wins over the next few weeks. It sounds like this was a tough rivalry game and Greenup happened to have the best player on the field.

With that outlook I am certainly glad you are not a Raceland player. :lol:

I think you're wrong on the East Carter game. I think you're right on the LCA game. The Fairview and Russell games could go either way.

East, Fairview and Russell are my picks just due to their drive/heart or, should I say, Raceland's lack of it.

I seen that Raceland would not kick to Carter the same can be said for Greenup not kicking to Raceland. Raceland has alot of work ahead of them,sounds like they still need help in a couple of positions.The coaches better find them quick the games start to count week after next for them. Even though all of them really counts.

Greenup had alot penalties. Too many to win a game.

 

Two or three fumbles and I don't how many offsides in the red zone.

They should beat Raceland by 2 td's if not for penalties.

Carter also leaped over the line and blocked the extra point. He deserves a starting spot next week!

RF, I agree and imo we should be a 3-1. I know that you are a true fan. Heck, you were born into it as well as I and plenty of others were and are a lifetime resident of Ram Nation! . :thumb:

Should this team play up to it's potential then imo they can compete with most anyone. I still beleive that Coach Vanderhoof and staff will get things worked out and this team will come out of whatever problems we have and/or mindset that we are in now.
