September 11, 200917 yr If post#70 is accurate then it should be on. CBS Network game coverage Week 1
September 11, 200917 yr Channel 12 says the game is NOT blacked out. Go to the site I linked to above, and bookmark its homepage. It is always 100 percent correct, and lists all changes in network affiliate coverage plans, updated daily. It's one of the most useful sites I've ever come across (thanks to TMQ for alerting me to it). WKYT will also be carrying Cincy-Denver, while WLKY will have Indy-Jax.
September 11, 200917 yr Just read LINK, game HAS SOLD OUT! Great news, the streak is alive and the game is on TV.
September 11, 200917 yr Just read LINK, game HAS SOLD OUT! Great news, the streak is alive and the game is on TV. Tickets are still available. Kroger and WKRC apparently wrote a check.

And I would assume when Katie says 'we', she means the Bengals, and not WKRC and Krogers. IMO, donating 1000 tickets to a good cause isn't going the extra mile.
September 12, 200917 yr One of the radio stations up here in Cincy was auctioning off 4 tickets every 20 minutes.

Wow I know we all want new ownership for the Bengals. However I mean man some of you all can't even give a little credit for somethings. How isn't donating like a 1000 tickets to a good cause not really going an extra mile to help out? I mean if the game was black out, those tickets probably would have ended up getting bought up. If the game got blacked out, you would have had a lot of people then deciding to probably try to buy tickets so they could see the game. So them doing that not only cost them some money, but it was nice to do for the military and charities, and made sure Bengal fans got to see the game on tv. Like the ownership or not, the Bengals actually did a good thing here.
September 12, 200917 yr I hope the military will be able to give the tickets to people who will appreciate them. I stopped tuning in to B105 after Bill Wyhte and Amanda left the station. I have no clue what the station promoted, and I don't care. Glad Kroger's and Channel 12 stepped up.
