Harang pitches another quality game only to result in a ND. Atleast the Reds won. Stubbs sure has been thrown into the fire...facing Cain in his second Major League start...thats rough

Yeah, but in your opinion whats the best way to do it? On one hand I can see him being thrown right in and on another hand I could see facing some of the bums of the league and getting confidence would be further beneficial.:idunno: I can see arguments for both sides. Although either way he's going to see better pitching than AAA, those pitchers are up here for a reason.

I was simply stating a fact...IMO he should have been brought up here atleast a month ago, probably more. I don't care who he faces in his first week...eventually he's gonna face them...

As i said I was just stating a fact

Stubbs with a walk off homer in the 10th, as the Reds win 2-1.

Stubbs had better be careful, if he starts hitting Dudsty will have him sitting. Gotta keep the hot bats cooled off.

Reds starting pitcher tonight has higher BA than 4 position players and 2nd highest slugging percentage in the lineup. This is generally not considered a good thing . . .

Agreed.

Big weekend for the Redlegs. Fighting for last place.

I feel like painting the town red.

Man the Reds are hard to watch.

I'm a diehard and I agree...

Last Place again!!!!:cry::madman::cry::madman::cry::madman:

I'd question Hairston working out perfectly. Lincoln's contract is terrible. There are some others. Who's decisions was it to leave Gomes in AAA and bring McDonald north to start the year?

Hairston worked out pretty well. He filled a lot of positions & played adequately.

The problem was that, for the Reds to win, he had to produce too much. We all knew that.

Same here...

Aaron Harang had to have an emergency appendectomy and will probably miss the rest of the year.

Dickerson had to be carried off the field today.

On the bright side, they are up 2-0 today.
