Any attempt to defend him is absurd in my book. Not just for this but countless other times that have led up to this. He is a sideshow and nothing more. It's all about Chad all the time. It's not that big of an issue if you are winning but they Bengals are not and the trend needs to be broken. This thing I am tired of the most is that we have to keep having this discussion.

I have several buddies who are Cincy fans and most of them are sick of him and wish they would trade him. I just don't get the fans who think he does not affect the team chemistry with his antics...

Here's how I see it. Chad is open but the ball don't get there. Palmer is sacked or hurried. He tweets about how the line needs to give more time for the play to develop. He comes back to the sidelines after a punt and his phone has been used as a spike cleaner by one of the lineman.

I've played football and was a captain and a leader of my team. No way do I stand for this type of insubordination from a teammate when there is not one good thing to be had from it.

Put you helmet on and your mouthpiece in and play the game. When the game is over play all your other games but not on the field !

Simply, the mindset of Bengals fans that twittering on the sidleine is okay is the EXACT reason why Mike Brown does not have to do anything to make this a good team.

They will take the sideshow in place or demand of a good team.

It doesnt matter if it affects play on the field, as a player your are supposed to shine light to your team which is the BENGALS. Chad Johnson is too busy wanting to get himself noticed that he could care less what the Bengals accomplish.

I love Chad, he keeps the Bengals relevant even when they suck.

If by relevant you mean a joke then yes you are right. He does nothing but bring them bad press and make them a bigger laughing stock when he acts like this.

Let the man Keep entertaining people that’s why he gets paid so much.

I'm pretty sure he gets paid to perform and make his team better... Not act like a clown and draw as much publicity to HIMSELF as possible...

If by relevant you mean a joke then yes you are right. He does nothing but bring them bad press and make them a bigger laughing stock when he acts like this.

He literally has become the bearded Lady of the Bengals. When did the side show become more relevant than the big top at the three rings circus that is the Bengals.

If by relevant you mean a joke then yes you are right. He does nothing but bring them bad press and make them a bigger laughing stock when he acts like this.
