Jenning has to do something to get the hype back up and running on him because tt was like he disappeared when he went over seas. But, IMO he's way off on this one. I'm pretty confident that Rubio will come in and be able to run a team efficiently from day 1.

Jennings is crazy to say this, even if he believes it. I think it can only hurt his draft stock if it does anything. Jennings isn't as hyped, but who knows what he can do. What did he do overseas? Well I'll tell you.

Jennings- in the Italian League- 17.0 minutes per game, 5.5 PPG, 2.2 APG, 1.6 RPG, 1.5 SPG. 35% FG, 20.7% 3P. For the Euroleague he played 19.6 minutes per game, 7.6 PPG, 1.6 RPG, 1.6 APG, 1.2 SPG. 38.7% FG, 26.8% 3P. Not exactly backing up what he said. If he is a much better shooter than Rubio, wouldn't he have shot a little better.

Rubio was hurt for Euro-league playing only 5 games. In his ACB season he played 23 minutes per game, averaging 10 PPG, averaged 6.1 APG, 2.6 RPG, 2.2 SPG. He shot 39% from the field, 42.3 % from 3, and 80% at the line, while playing with a wrist injury.

Jennings is a hot-dog who will get humbled very quickly next year, IMO. He seems to just try to make the fancy play rather than the right one. Rubio is fancy, but it seems to come in the flow of the game. It's not even close. Jennings is athletic, but you have to wonder if he will be able to put his talent to good use.

The point is, Jennings has done nothing to critcize another player. I'm sorry but sporting the Christopher Reid high-top fade in the McDonald's All-American game doesn' qualify you to belittle other players in the draft. Rubio may be overrated or might not pan out, but Jennings should keep his mouth shut because the jury is still out on him.

I think Rubio is over hyped he may be a good player but I think he is over hyped.

A lot of players are over hyped especially foreign players.

Rubio is the real deal. I think it will take about 2 or 3 years for it to show, but he is a player. I think he will be very popular in the league. He is hyped because he is so young and has a unique flair for the game. Most over hyped guys from overseas have size with a nice shooting stroke. You know that Rubio is a project scoring wise. A team will not take him and think that he is a finished product. If you are wanting a PG for next year take Flynn or Lawson. If you want a PG for the next decade take Rubio.

I will go out on a limb and say that Jennings will be nothing more than the next Stephon Marbury. Plenty of talent, but just not able to put it all together.

He only hopes he can be as good as Marbury. Jennings will be a bust.

I think Rubio is way overhyped too. Give me Johnny Flynn over both of these boys.

I agree.

I'd say either one would be lucky to have a career as good as Marbury. He is a career 19pt 8 assist player.

Jennings is a wanna-be Sebastian Telfair.

Everyone in this draft other than the kid from OU is overrated.

Somebody has to go after him.

On bad teams. Every team he has left has gotten better. The T-Wolves became one of the better teams in the West, the Suns became an offensive juggernaut, the Knicks even gained a little bit of respectability back.
