Is this the big guy???

I'm not saying he will be a top 10 player next year but one to watch in the upcoming years is the little guard from Pendleton County. Not sure of his name but I believe he was an 8th grader last year.

No, Kellen is the point guard. You are thinking of O'Connor.

Thanks wasn't exactly sure.

You are speaking of Mason Monroe. I think there are 3 freshman in the 10th that will make some noise on their varsity teams this year. Mason Monroe at PC, Omar Prewitt at Montgomery and Nate McGovney at Campbell.

So far we have 12 players listed in the top 10. They are:

Azery Crisp-MontgomeryCounty

Vinny Zollo - GRC

Robbie Stenzel- GRC

Corey Rogers- GRC

Travis Purvis- GRC

Kellen Smith - Scott

Brady Jolly - Campbell County

Jacob Rieger - Brossart

Neal Pawsat - Mason County

Treg Setty - Mason County

Kyle King - Deming

Luke King - Deming

I would expect at least one more year before Mason Monroe of Pendleton County is a top 10 player in thr 10th, but he'll definitely be there. Look for Timmy Cooper of Pendleton to be right in the mix too. When this kid gets it going, he's as good of a shooter as there is in the 10th.

Will McGovney be expected to start this year for Campbell County?

I don't know about top ten player, but Jordan Smith from Campbell County should surprise a few. He is a very skilled guard.

Smith is a nice player but he is only 3rd best pg in district. Jordan Armstrong from Brossart is a better player at this point than Jordan Smith.

Here would be my educated guess at a top 10 in order. Feel free to bash it or whatever you see fit.

1. Robbie Stenzel- Clark County

2. Kyle King- Deming

3. Vinny Zollo- Clark County

4. Treg Setty- Mason County

5. Kyle Campbell- Nicholas County

6. Kellen Smith- Scott

7. Jacob Rieger- Brossart

8. Brady Jolly- Campbell County

9. Daniel O'Conner- Scott

10. Azrey Crisp- Montgomery County

Tough to make a list this early but there's tons of other players that could be fill-ins on this list like:

Luke King- Deming

Dillon Greene- Pendleton County

Timmy Cooper- Pendleton County

Neal Pawsat- Mason County

Malcom Thomas- Harrison County

Travis Purvis- Clark County

Devin Workman- Bracken County
