Kellen Smith is the best point guard in the 10th. He shut Jordan Armstrong and Jordan Smith down last year and had a better year as only a sophmore. I also think Daniel O'Conner, Jake Nieddereger, and Keylo Jones from Scott will be top players in the Region by season tip.

Here would be my educated guess at a top 10 in order. Feel free to bash it or whatever you see fit.

4. Treg Setty- Mason County

5. Kyle Campbell- Nicholas County

Tough to make a list this early but there's tons of other players that could be fill-ins on this list like:

Dillon Greene- Pendleton County

Timmy Cooper- Pendleton County

Neal Pawsat- Mason County

Malcom Thomas- Harrison County

Travis Purvis- Clark County

Devin Workman- Bracken County

 

I like most of your choices, but Scott's Daniel O'Conner is not top ten caliber. He is too soft and not consistent enough to be in the top ten.

Scott will not have 4 players rated as high as you suggest. They have one top ten player in Smith and the other three you named would be possibly somewhere from 15-25.

I also left Corey Rogers from Clark County off my list. I would consider him a definite top 10.

I agree on Cory Rogers. Also a healthy Travis Purvis will be a top 5 player next year. This may take till about Feb. He is still not cleared to play yet, so he is missing all of summer and AAU ball, plus the camps he had planned to attend this summer.

 

Another one to watch for is Jaylan Daniels of GRC. He also is having a great summer I have heard, in the team games and AAU.

Is Phil Barner going to attend the Mason County school system this coming year? My cousin, a classmate and friend of Phil, says he has moved back to Lexington and will be attending Bryan Station High School for his senior year.

Disagree with your rankings. Setty is a good player but no way #2 in the region.

 

According to state ranking from Jody Demling for the class of 20011. He has Zollo and Stenzel ranked #1 and #2 and Setty at #15. So according to his rankings it would put:

 

#1 Zollo

#2 Stenzel

#3 Setty

 

As the top 3 players in the 10th, which is a more unbiased assessment.
