Why No Pep Rally?

I know Coach Cal is extremely busy, but please give us one hour. The Big Blue Nation has a lot of frustration to let go. Just open up Rupp and let us show you what fan support is all about. If I've missed it somewhere, sorry for posting.

I think it was respect for Gillispie because they fired him instead of him retiring or leaving on his own. With an addition of Calipari being very busy.

I understand that, but I know a lot of dissapointed fans, especially one that only 10. It's spring break week and we would love to make the drive up I-64.

 

By the way, has anyone else noticed all of the UK flags flying today?

Maybe that's why they didn't plan one. I would much rather him be with his family and taking care of his business. Plus he is getting ready to go up to Michigan.

I think that we should all send emails to Mitch's office and ask for a pep rally. I have a 7 year old on spring break that would love to meet the new coach too. I just hate the thought of waiting for Midnight Madness. I want to meet the Big Blue Nation at Rupp and let our new coach know what he has to look forward too. GO BIG BLUE!!!!

Seriously, who didn't know that? It's not easy being on top. What really makes me :lol: is that "some" UL fans are so scared. I mean, why don't those fans just come out and say what their really thinking? He had to be back in Memphis for a 1:00 press conference after the presser in Lexington.

 

He isn't in town is probably why there wasn't a pep rally.

I think the fans would like to thank him, show our support and welcome him to Lexington. And by the way, not everyone can get a ticket to Rupp during the season. JMHO

I'm not complaining. I am just excited and want to share it with the Big Blue Nation. I feel like we have had a marriage without a honeymoon. Let us celebrate somewhere. Print the shirts, make the posters, bring out all the former players, Joe B, and anyone that wants to come, and lets have a family reunion of the Big Blue Nation.
