He resigned as both a teacher and coach. He had taught in the TC school system over 10 years, I believe.

That is OK. Poynter took the head coaching postion at Bourbon Co.

Any word yet? I thought they have been really keeping the program going in a good direction. I hope this does not become a huge set back.

The program was moving in the right direction, Coach Poynter had the program playing with pride and the community backed the program. He will do a great job at Bourbon County! He will be missed at Trimble!
