I think the key will be how well he comes back from his injury. We are all pulling for him to come back 100%. He has had a great career so far and everyone is looking forward to him capping it off with his 3rd state championship and a scholly somewhere.

Knowing Brandon, I'm sure he is doing everything possible to get back to 100%. You won't find a better person or athelete anywhere. He is dedicated to Highlands football. We can't wait to see him play again.

Markel Walker and Andy Roenker of Holy Cross are each great players.

Yes I agree they both should be on that list.

But I would have to say the number one should be Miles Simpson. He is one heck of a player.

Tate Nichols from Ryle anyone? Haven't seen him play myself but I hear he's a beast. Has offers from UC, UK. Indiana, UL and Stanford. Solid!

Tate committed yesterday to Stanford. Congrats to him!! :thumb:

Simpson is without a doubt the best and most prized recruit in Northern Kentucky this

year!Super athlete with a great D1 college future.

Taking nothing away from Simpson at all, he's a great player, and a definate D-I player. But the without a doubt stuff is wrong. Collinsworth is going to leave Highlands as one of the best players in his school's history and with a laundry list of exceptional opportunites at the next level.

And Nichols going to the Pac 10 isn't exactly chopped liver. Lot's of great players with D-I potential this upcoming season. There is no without a doubt amongst this group.

I heard it through various Ryle connections and haven't really seen anything in the paper, but did find this link from Stanford:

I knew this was the week he was heading out there but I didn't know about the commitment. Outstanding news. I guess he'll start recruiting AC now to join him.

Newspaper article on Nichols. Stanford is not a bad place to get a free education!

UK has expressed interest in Tate and has contacted him. Might be too little too late.

Nice article in Rivals on Tate also. Congrats to a good kid.

I agree! Congrats to Tate and his family!:dancingpa

SK's Simpson is/will be taking an unofficial visit to Alabama.

Miles decided against that because he wants to go closer to home. Atleast that was the info provided to me at about 9AM this morning.:thumb:
