But the vast, overwhelming majority of police officers are good, honorable, hard-working individuals who perform a much-need and dangerous job for not exceptional pay. Unfortunately, you tend to only hear about the bad ones or the good ones who make occasional honest mistakes. Certainly the potential for harm and damage from the mistake/misconduct of a police officer is greater than most other professions, but the cop in this story does not typify the everyday police officer or even "young" police officer. :thumb::thumb::thumb:

March 27, 200917 yr It was bad enough to write this guy a ticket, but the fact that he dragged the process over 15+ minutes is absolutely ridiculous. Given the severity of the situation, you'd think he'd have a little bit of urgency in getting the guy on his way. Unbelievable... Karma usually has a way evening things out in the end though.

Maybe get some more trainning but keep his job if his record is good. Guru have a comment? I watch the tru channel and see a lot of cop shows and I'm sure they hear a lot of people trying to get out of something.

As one who has a police officer in the family let me state that I agree 100%.
