I'd add Tim Patterson of Central to that list as well. He is going to be tough to stop around the rim next year.

Good Call, I meant to put him on the list, but I must have forgotten.

Remember the name Travis Pervis next year. He did not get to play this year because of a torn ACL. He is a member of the loaded Sophomore class at GRC.

Tanner Napier - Lafayette- will be a junior and is tremendous shooter.

Ryan Fucci - Tates Creek - will be a junior and is as dominant a player in Lexington as anybody.

Mike Gabbard - Boone Co. - As a senior next year will be arguably best point guard in 9th, maybe top 5 or 10 best pure point guards in state.

Vinny Zollo - GRC - The impressive post man in that great Cardinal class coming up.

*Player to Watch - Will be junior Jake Giesler at Newport Central Catholic - maybe not on the highest tier of KY talent but definitely a name needed to be mentioned, especially in the NKY conversation.

Justice just didn't really impress me to much down at Rupp. He did have high scoring games, but look at the number of shots he took. Polson on the other hand had a great tournament and I enjoyed seeing him play.

Wow, first time I have heard that. I thought he was the whole SHelby Valley team myself and quite honestly, I'd say that his shooting percentage for the tourney was good as well. He gave Ethan Faulkner fits from time to time and he made shot after shot to keep his team in the game when needed. Not to knock Shelby Valley, but if you put some big time talent around this kid he will make it a great team. IMO.
