Euton is a better shooter and offensive player. And hes a better rebounder. JJ is a better defender and much quicker.

 

No way Euton is a better rebounder. He gets rebounds because of his size, JJ is only 6'4 and he is Holmes leading rebounder. Euton is just a big guy that can knock down the three ball when he is open. Yes he gets put backs around the rim, most 6'8 guys do.

Keisten Jones will be a junior. He's their "big man". Nice size kid at 6'4 with a lot of talent.

 

Keiston Jones will be a senior next year and was Ballard's best player at the end of the year.

 

If he continues to improve at the same rate he did this year he may be as good as anybody on your top 10 list by the end of next year.

 

He is probably the most athletic kid in the junior class and can jump as high as anyone even though he is only about 6'2".

 

Going to be fun to watch him continue his meteroric imporovement. :ylsuper:

In the Lexington Herald I believe, it said Euton averaged 9 rebounds a game. I have seen where hes had several games where he has 13 or 15 rebounds this year.

 

I don't know if this didn't occur to you, but you said he gets rebounds because hes 6-8. That helps the argument that hes a better rebounder. I am not saying, oh Euton is a much better player than JJ Johnson. I am just giving my opinion of the 2. Both are very good high school players.

IMO, Aaron Watts from McCreary Central would have to fit in that top 10 list somewhere.

I would add Vance Hall from Franklin County (Senior). He's a ROOTHOG!!!

I also think that Ivey from Scott County will play a key role in their possible championship run. Ivey and Desmond Dorsey from Jeffersontown are just two players apart of the stacked upcoming Sophomores, I add these 3 players and this list is legit.

Sean Samsel, PG from Manual, should be mentioned in this list. I think he will surprise people next year in the 7th region. He averaged 12ppg and close to 5 assists per game this past year. He made the all tourney team in KOB and was MVP of the showcase game in the KY Preps Classic vs Montgomery County. He has very good handles and sees the floor extremely well. He also shot 40% from the 3 pt line.
