And in relation to that comment ... I am sure that the upcoming senior class at Beechwood doesn't want to be the class that was ... up ended .....

So, we have mentioned Beechwood, LCA, Raceland, Hazard, Frankfort, Fairview, Harlan, Crittended, and Mayfield. What does everyone else have this season?

They lost 2 of there 3 best skill position players, they're RB/LB and LB/TE/FB. Last years QB which was a dual threat is moving to TB and a JR to be who is a more pure passer is stepping to be the QB. Local expectations are high and expecting to repeat as Regional Champions, barring injuries

 

Should be a good rivalry this year...as Mayfield also expects to return to their accustomed place in the final four this year as well. Crittenden has a lot returning...and Mayfield's skill positions could be the best in the area with the returning Tyrese Murrell at running back to go along with returning receivers Xavier Shelton and Javarius Richardson with QB Luke Guhy returning for his junior year. So should be (hopefully) two great games this year between the Rockets and Cards!!!

Some may think LCA is the cream of 1A football. When it comes to the hardware they can't get it done for some reason.
