Central's band and pep section

Featured Replies

No one could take their eyes off of them this afternoon with all of the dancing and enthusiasm, best in this year's state tourney. Would look into the crowd at certain times and the majority would be watching them. Love this team right now, Wilson is a man amongst boys.

Central's band ROCKS! I have as much fun watching them as I do any game I've ever been to they were playing. Shoot, sometimes I've paid more attention to the band than the game.

Exactly, what an enthusiastic bunch and easy on the eyes also.:thumb: They remind me of a small college.

Yeah they are awesome...We got to see them when we traveled to Central in 2007 for the Highlands/Lou Central Football game. They were awesome to watch. I can't even imagine them in a closed arena like Rupp. :thumb:

Very entertaining.

Is the one young lady dressed in white the dance team captain? They were really getting into the game and were having fun.

The dance team rocked ... I made a point to tell them so as we left the arena.

When they won the state championship in football in I believe 2007, they walked from papa johns stadium to as far as the eye could see playing music and dancing the whole way. It was the band, cheerleaders, dancers, and students. It was an awsome sight. Being a Holmes fan however, I don't want to see that sight tonight ha ha ha

Would take Central's pep section and band over the (Duke wannabes) of Covington Catholic anyday.

The band is good. But I think everyone was watching the dancers, not the band!

That may be, but those "wannabes" sure did have Rupp rockin'!

Central's dance team and cheerleaders have been fun to watch this week.

They really get into what they do. Everyone in the section where I am sitting has been complimentary of them.
