Well Batman, I guess Elliott was the better team on the big stage. Sorry sidekick Les.

Bottom line, Shelby Valley has a state title banner they can hang up.

That Cantrall computer is something else, isn't it? Look how he rated the teams versus who has advanced through the tournament. I think Mr. Cantrall better use the off season to work on a new formula. Or at least upgrade from that old Compaq he must be working on.

And they earned it! I still dont understand why that eases your pain, but I agree SV had a great season!

Has nothing to do about easing any pain. Just stating an obvious fact.

Cantrall's computers had the top 8 teams or so all rated within about 3 points and many of those matchups ended up being games that either team could have won with a couple of different bounces or shots here or there.

His ratings are just as good as any other for KY high school hoops. All computer ratings are flawed and his is no different. But, they give you a pretty good base to work with.

I just don't understand the hatred for Cantrall. All I can figure is people get mad because their team ends up being rated lower than they like at some point or other...and that's bound to happen for everybody at some point if you look at them every week.
