A Few Question For Obama Fans

Featured Replies

Who created those jobs to start with and who will create more jobs in the future? You, Camel? You going to put everything you own on the line to start a business? Or just sit on the side lines and criticize the ones that take that risk for being greedy.

This post is almost laughable. Name me one of the CEO's that BHO or any that you may know of a fortune 500 company that had anything to do with putting everything on the line to start that company. THe type of people that take those risk are not who he is talking about and are virtually completely excluded from any tax increase that has been suggested because they simply don't generate enough revenue.

Seems pretty obvious to me.

The only thing obvious to me is that some are attempting to discredit legitimate criticisms by creating some sort of hypersensitive bogeyman. I am waiting for someone to explain where either class or envy enter the equation and why the discussion should end there rather than on whether the particular criticisms have merit or not. Then again, I suppose it is a bit generous to assume that those who wish to bypass reason and debate for the a priori assumption they cling to are capable of engaging in the former.

Oh please. If you can't see where the class envy is in his statements then it really isn't our problem, it's yours. Talking down to us with such bogus labels as "hypersensitive bogeymen" isn't going to change that fact.

Talking down to the other side doesn't help, either.

Bottom line ... your interpretation of Obama's statements are ripe for debate. Just because you see it one way doesn't mean we should, either.

Ah, there it is again: "I'm right because I said it!" Unfortunately, being the loudest does not make you correct, it only affirms my previous post.

Obama is rich. Why do you sense class envy from him?

Glad you find it amuzing. So when Sam Walton was still alive he wouldn't fall into that catagory? Bill Gates didn't start Microsoft from nothing? Phil Knight didn't create Nike? What about Michael Dell? Sergey Brin? Larry Page? Would you like me to continue.

What's laughable is you think because someone makes millions they couldn't have done anything or take any risks to earn it. Twist this however you want to support your weak arguement.

As I said, it's so obvious to me that if you don't see it, I can't help you. Kind of like explaining air to me. Maybe someone with teaching skills greater than mine can help you see it.

Who is he speaking to when he says these things?

Nor does pretending you're always right just because it's you saying it. In other words, you're no different and are every bit as guilty of the same. That mirror reflects you rather well.

Come on Jim, you're a smart guy; you know how the game is played. It's an old tool the Democrats use to make themselves seem significant. It’s how they’ve sold their party to the lower middle class and lower class (financially speaking) for ages.

Our positions are not remotely similar. I have only asked for proof, an argument, or an explanation why it should supersede the criticism leveled from the group doing the complaining. As it stands, you have provided a conclusion with no reasoning to support it other than your own persistence in affirming it.

Baloney, examples were given, you glossed them over. As 75center said, it's so obvious to us that if you don't see it, we can't help you.
