Survive and move on, that's all NCC did. Very lucky to win. Not there best effort. Jake Ollberding stepped up and had a nice offensive game for NCC.

So i guess Pompilio did not tip this ball in? From the stands it appeared Pompilion may have tipped the ball in himself.

That was the longest 5 seconds I ever witnessed. NCC kept tipping the ball, and I was just waiting for the buzzer to go off, and when it did, it was about a half a second too late. :irked:

I was at the other end and saw about 7 players jumping to tip it and it apperared Pompilio tipped the ball. Hard to tell from the other side of the court though.

Trammel was solid. Pike/Hatton were non-factors.

 

I agree. Pike wanted to throw the ball up every time he touched it, no matter where he was and how many were on him. Hatton wasn't too bad. He was able to give Trammel a breather every now and then without hurting the flow of the offense. He's a step slower on defense though.

 

Pompilio carried Dixie tonight on both ends. He's not a flashy player. He just uses his body extremely well to protect the ball. Dixie will miss him big time next year.

I just watched the replay. You are correct about the Dixie players standing around. One or two were battling . 3 were watching.
