I'm a little shocked by the number of votes the Tigers have gotten, starting to make some believers.

 

I beleive them numbers are for the wishful thinking that Holmes will fall apart and get fustrated before the regions. :idunno: Won't happen.

I think Pittman will have a big night. I think he will be pumped up and ready to go. Wheather it is Smith or Snyder guarding him, he will be huge on the offensive boards. I like Holmes in this one.

I would be suprised to see the margin over 20 but I think Holmes win's easily. Beechwood has a solid team but just not in the same class as Holmes.

You never know. Beechwood has been turning a lot of heads this season and it wouldn't surprise me if Beechwood wins.

I say Beechwood doesn't go down in this one without a good fight. On paper Holmes may outclass them, but I think the Tigers will step up and show that they're no fluke. I see a tough as nails game that doesn't get away from them until late in the 4th quarter with the Bulldogs pulling away mostly from last minute foul shots and some easy breakaway points in transition.

While I agree you never know, if Beechwood wins it will be a stroke of pure luck. They will have to play a fantastic game, and Holmes will have to play way below their ability [which has happened]. Beechwood got beat by what, 18 or something the first time around? I see it being similiar. Beechwood won't hang around too long.

Beechwood has improved by leaps and bounds since the first game. From what I have seen and heard, Holmes has been playing under their potential lately and an upset could be possible but as you look at my post earlier I still have Holmes winning by 5.

Beechwood is a very solid team, arguably one of the best Beechwood teams ever. I think it is possible for them to pull off the upset, but I don't see it happening. Beechwood does not match up well with Holmes.

Beechwood will have to shoot extremely well from the outside, which they have the personnel to do so but they'll really have to be "on." They'll also need Holmes to play without a sense of urgency and just coast like they have shown a tendency to do at times.

 

If that happens then yeah Beechwood could pull off the upset, but I just don't see it happening at all.
