A couple that I like to do and can post on here would be...

Wrist Curls - palms up and down, either barbell or dumbell

Reverse Barbell Curl - this one is probably my favorite

Plate Pinch

Wrist Roller

There are a ton more I could post but these are the ones I really like. Go to bodybuilding.com, click on supersite, click exercises on the left. Pick the body part you want search. Tons of good exercises for all body parts. They also have a short video clip that shows you the exercise.

Rope Rolls help. Use a stick with a 5 or 10 pound weight hanging from a rope attached to the stick and just roll it up, and roll it down. Do about 3 sets of 15 you're forearms will burn for a couple days.

My experience says my forearms were at their strongest when I was about 14 or 15 and there was a dropoff but after I got married they got much stronger.
