February 12, 200917 yr There's no way he gets convicted of voyeurism. The eavesdropping charge is very doubtful too. They can probably make the disorderly conduct and tampering with evidence charges stick. Somebody should have just beaten the hell out of him. Unfortunately you're right on the voyeurism charge but ONLY if the girls weren't wearing anything under those skirts. As a social worker, I've learned that in order to make that stick, the photos must show the specific areas (not covered by clothing). That being said . . . I'm sure glad the bleachers in our gym aren't "see through". I sure wouldn't want ANYONE taking pictures like this of my daughter . . . and I'm SURE my hubby would have something to say about it! :madman::madman::madman:
February 12, 200917 yr His life should be ruined if the allegations are not true? :eyeonyou: If it is NOT true, his life should be ruined forever? Are you serious? If he is guilty, he must be punished. If not, then how can you justify it being okay that his life is ruined forever? If it's not true, his life should be ruined? He had to have misread the quote. Thanks HHSDAD has my back. I misread it!:thumb:
February 12, 200917 yr It's really sickening when a teacher does something like this. It's more than just a regular person. I mean this guy has been placed in a position of authority with these middle school kids and this is how he handles the responsibility. A firing is not enough. If it were my daughter......:madman::madman::madman::madman: and he'd be the horse.:deadhorse:
February 12, 200917 yr If I was the judge I would give each parent alone with him for 10 min. each. I think that would satisfy them and do what they want to do to him. I'll bet he would never do it again. Just upskirt pictures and an occasional underware out of place picture I would pressume. These people are sick. I guarantee letting parents have 10 minutes alone with him might harm him physically, but it won't change the way he is. He would do it again, maybe not the same way, he'd just try harder not to get caught.

February 12, 200917 yr Do the schools run background checks? Do they run tests on future teachers? How stupid can a person be?
February 12, 200917 yr Do the schools run background checks? Do they run tests on future teachers? How stupid can a person be? 1. yes 2. yes 3. Everytime I think I have the answer, someone immediately out does them!
