February 11, 200917 yr Alomar is the best defensive 2nd basemen I've ever seen. All I can say for the lady is good luck with this suit. I bet it gets settled out of court and she get some caish! However, if Alomar doesn't have the virus, one simple test makes this go away.

I do want to point out a fallacy though from what I have learned in my PSY 494 Reducing Risky Sexual Behavior class: "HIV has never been transmitted through saliva" It can be passed through deep kissing. Very rare, but it has happened.
February 11, 200917 yr There has been legal precedence established to prosecute people infected with HIV who knowing or recklessly engage in acts that could or do transmit the disease. In fact, many states have passed specific legislation covering the criminal transmission of AIDS. While I agree it is very sad if Alomar himself contracted the disease from being raped as a teenager, I find it even more disturbing that he would have intentionally risked the health and life of someone he cared for.

From his description of the situation and the player, it was an interesting game to try and deduce the identity of the player. For the record, Alomar wasn't the player I settled on. I don't think he was in the majors at the time.
