February 9, 200917 yr Mason County's Chris Lofton, who now plays Professional Basketball for Mersin in Turkey, scored 47 points in a win over Fenerbahce Ulker. Chris shot 16-25 including 13-20 three pointers. He was also 2-2 from the Free Throw line. A great game from a guy who knows how to shoot the rock. Congradulations Chris and keep it up!!!!!!:ylsuper::ylsuper::ylsuper::ylsuper:
February 9, 200917 yr Somewhere in Konya, Turkey, there is a city full of upset fans on a message board because their team signed Ra' Smooth and bypassed Lofton.

February 9, 200917 yr Awesome job by an amazing young man. 13-20 on 3's isnt too shabby, if your going to shoot that many you better be hitting and obviously he was. Hope he can continue to play well and I believe hes in the top 10 in scoring for the league even while missing 3 or 4 with a broken finger.
February 9, 200917 yr Lofton is now Averaging 19.5 points a game which is good for 4th best in the league and is also shooting 46 percent from 3 point range. Looks as if he is finally healthy and performing at a level we all knew he was capable of. Mersin in now 10-9 which is good for 6th place in the 16 team league. On a side note I saw where Gerald Fitch(UK graduate) was one rebound away from a triple double, plays in the same league as Lofton. He had 31 points, 9 rebounds and 11 assits. Glad to see both of these guys doing well for themselves.
February 10, 200917 yr I wonder what kind of pay he is making. Some of these other countries pay pretty well. TAX FREE!!
