ezdogg
Way to fight out a tough game Ladyhounds, represent our 10th Region in the morning, also the game against NCC is at 10:00 A.M., if they win they will play at 6:00 P.M. The girls will play all day Thursday until the winners who will be in the finals and then that game (final) will be played Sunday as regularly scheduled. Lets pray that all the teams who do not have heat in Richmond can find some warmth and enjoy their experience. I heard they may put all the teams up at EKU in the arena. Who knows, take care of all of our athelets. Amen.
gchs_uk9
The Paris gals are regulars in Richmond. They always seem to make noise.

Option Right
The Ladyhounds were led by 8th grader, Alexis Tye. She was named the games MVP with a career high 14 points. When Paris was shooting blanks in the first half, Tye came off the bench to keep them in the game. Paris trailed 38-30 with less than 3 minutes to go and closed the game on an 11-0 run. Morgan Crain finished with 9 points and 15 rebounds. Emily Hinkson, who had no points and no rebounds at the half finished with 8 points and 9 rebounds. Paris never led in this game until one minute to go when Kendall Cassity hit her second three point goal in the 4th quarter.

Mustang
Coach Terrance Brooks does an excellent job with his Lady Hounds. I have been a big fan since he took over the program and made it respectable. That is not the first come-from-behind win for them in Richmond. They played a brutal "Murderer's Row" schedule early to prepare them for this tournament, and it is paying off in spades. I cleaned the locker room at Brossart following the Paris win over St. Patrick in the 10th Region "A" Tournament. On the white board he had written: "Overcome Adversity - No Excuses! Maintain the proud tradition of Lady Hounds basketball." I'd say that they are doing a stellar job of both - Go Hounds!!!
