If I were to do a seafood pizza it works much better with a light asiago garlic cream sauce.....do some lump crab meat, rock shrimp, capers, diced tomatoes, and parmesan as the only cheese. Nice think crust, crispy.

I found the picture at a restaurant review site and decided that I will try one on my next visit - hopefully today. Bazbeaux has several pizzas with shrimp. TCHOUPITOULAS – Cajun shrimp, roasted red pepper, green pepper, red onion, andouille sausage, fresh garlic. NEPTUNE – Crab, shrimp, snow pea pods, black olive, green pepper. FIRENZE – Pesto sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, fresh tomato, shrimp. No tomato sauce. BBQ – Barbequed chicken or shrimp prepared with Debbie’s homemade BBQ sauce, red onions, green peppers, cheddar. No tomato sauce. Of the pizzas that I have tried from Bazbeaux, this one has been my favorite: PIZZA ALLA QUATTRO FORMAGGIO – Romano, cheddar, ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, bacon and mushroom.
January 19, 200917 yr We're getting a couple for the games tomorrow:thumb: Wound up doing Larosas yesterday. 4 pizzas (2 free with Buddy Cards) and an order of wings 43 bucks. If we hadn't had 2 free would have been around 60 bucks. Pizzas weren't quite as good as usual. :irked:

January 19, 200917 yr From the options in the poll, I like Snappy's and Donato's the best. Since I moved to Louisville, I haven't gotten a pizza that wasn't local. I have had pizza from most everywhere in Louisville, Impellizzeri's is definitely my favorite.
