January 5, 200917 yr My son proposed to his girlfriend tonight, and she said YES! I couldn't be happier, as she is an AWESOME girl, and so right for my son! So, no wedding date yet, but I'm going to be a mother-in-law! Okay, you've taken me totally by surprise! :eek: I was expecting a February announcement. Guess he wasn't able to stand the suspense. :lol: Well, in any case, I'm happy for both of them, and of course, you. I've known the Rock-son (through you) for at least five years now, and am among those who've had the opportunity to meet him. In those few years, he's grown from a good kid, to a fine young man with a very bright future. And in the process, surmounted some very tough obstacles. I know you're busting with pride and excitement. You don't hide it well. Best of luck to them. Sounds like they will make the beginnings of a fine family. :thumb:
