You basicly have 1 person away from the LOS the safety and that is it, any playaction and CB's are gone. If the MLB misses the tackle it is by by b/c the safety can't be asked to play in that much space. That to me is very unsound. As said if you have superior talent it really don't matter, in this case if your D-line gets blocked. It is very similar to M'bor's unsound defense. You HC people got to witness that first hand last year.

Well, we've got that first year behind us, Coach Larkey and staff has worked the boys hard this winter and the boys are vastly stronger than last year. They've got familiar with this new system and I, for one, am ready to go watch the Bears jack some jaws. Football season is upon us! :dancingpa

I just got back from taking my baby bear to the first day of practice and I couldn't believe it. Mama Bear had a tent pitched in the middle of the practice field, been there all night, was handing out coffee to the coaches and singing the Black Bear fight song at the top of her lungs.

 

GO BEARS!!! WOO-HOO....IT'S ON!!!!!!

:idunno: I just hope they keep Green at TB. I think he will be one of the top 5 backs in the mountains.

From what I've heard TJ's name hasn't been mentioned once as QB. Larry, Jordy, and possibly a freshman (Austin Maggard) will be the QB's. I guess the process has begun as to who will take the most snaps!

Green will be at TB, I'd say QB is between Brewer and Williamson. However, Williamson is at Governors Scholars for the next 2-3 weeks.

Three Wishes - Where is the football camp they go to? I can't remember. And, do you know what other teams are going to be there? :confused:
