December 8, 200817 yr UC now has some depth and some frontcourt talent which will make this a fun game. Holloway coming back is a big win for X. X in a barnburner.
December 8, 200817 yr I will get to experience my first Crosstown Shootout. I can imagine we might have a few people from the board at the game, we should try and designate a meet up area. You can see below my picture exactly where I'm sitting. Right next to the student section and the band, should be fun. I have heard the environment is even better at Cintas, so hopefully I can also go to the game next year as well. While X played great in Puerto Rico and have gotten the job done even with injuries, they have yet to play in a really tough road environment. Free throws and turnovers have been problems, I would love to see the Cats pull this out. Course since I will be at the game, I would just love to see a last possession type game either way. :thumb: As of today, there will some tickets available at face value, 40 a piece in the upper deck. The link for tickets if they are still available is here. This link is directly to the Bearcats website. http://ev12.evenue.net/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/SEGetEventList?groupCode=MBG&linkID=ucinn&shopperContext=&caller=&appCode=

It was a great game that came down to the last possession. It was at Cintas. Chalmers hit a fade away jumper to put X up with about .5 seconds left. Great atmosphere. Hopefully Holloway will be able to play. Go X.

There is a great website, http://crosstownshootout.com/history.php that documents every meeting between these two. I believe in the last 10 years, the average margin of victory comes out to 5 points with each team winning 5.
