December 3, 200817 yr Thanks, I appreciate it man :thumb: In times like these, I'll take all the help I can. I'm glad I'm close to getting my degree, but things don't look good right now for job seekers in general. No problem. My little brother is getting ready to start here in Feb., so if you do get on here, I could even hook you up with some of the training material before you start.
December 3, 200817 yr Well you all have talked me into getting some Penn Station for lunch tomorrow....:irked: Thanks. I thought we were boring...What are you doing checking this thread??

Luckily, I found my job for when I graduate and I start the week before Christmas....

December 3, 200817 yr I thought we were boring...What are you doing checking this thread?? It's either that or sleep....I don't have to be up until around 1 PM, so it's not like I need to go to bed or anything.

That would be great. What do you guys have going on around there in the line of safety work ? EKU has a degree in safety engineering that I think I'm going to go ahead and get. It's 100% online so it wouldn't affect me working full time in any way.
December 3, 200817 yr What is the monthly special for December? Medium chicken teriyaki small fry and medium drink for 8 and some change..

We have a commitee made up of representatives of all the different crafts that work here. The degree would look good on your application, thats for sure, but it wouldn't get any type of different job.

To be perfectly honest, I don't have much of a desire to work in the safety field but a degree in it just looks very good on a resume for any type of industrial work.
