Who wins this game and why? What will be the keys to victory for both teams?

Central by 3 TD's or more. WAY too much speed.

Central 31-14

Cobble, Ridge and crew way too much. Central on its way to a rematch with Belfry at PJS

Central wins this week and have another showdown with Belfry.

Central's three losses have been against Manual, Trinity and Highlands. No other 3A school schedules like that.

I just can't see Union County winning this one.

Actually, Central lost to St. X, not Trinity. The Rocks & the Yellowjackets didn't play. :D

I saw Central last week, and they looked VERY good offensively. Defensively, they had trouble with Elizabethtown until Cody Withers (Etown RB) went out in the 2Q with a knee injury...

The only way I can see Union winning this one is 1) if they can establish a power running game and play keep-away from the Jacket offense, 2) they avoid turnovers (Etown had 3 last week to kill their chances), and 3) they can get a couple of breaks.

Still...Central 42, Union County 7

Interesting....:sssh:

Thinking of Belfry...EKU.:sssh:

Thinking of one of the four remaining teams but they are not named Central or Union County, who has rushed for over 4000 yards, rarely turns the ball over, is very well coached and disciplined, and has some unfinished business left at the Pizza Pit...

Central 49-13.
