Thanks to the efforts of a dedicated Highlands fan, there WILL be an internet broadcast of tonight's game! Audio of the game will be broadcast live at http://www.highlandsgirlssoccer.com. The link to launch the webcast will be in blue at the top of the page. And no, it will not be the girls' soccer team that shows up for the game tonight. Although, they're a pretty formidable opponent in their own right. :thumb:

Before Al Gore invented the internet, I used to go out to Howard Beach to listen to UK games on WHAS. WEZJ doesn't quite have the power and FM doesn't skip, so I needed this. Thank you!

I honestly don't know. All I know is this gentlemen is doing this at his own expense with his own equipment. So don't expect Monday Night Football. I'll be happy with whatever we can get.

I would like to see internet broadcasting as a class at HHS and start broadcasting all athletic events (if possible) and get the students to help with the broadcast. There are a lot of people who cannot make the away games who would love to hear it on the net!

Well, I think communications is going to be one of the career areas the school plans to focus on. So, maybe this would make a good project for one of the classes.
