Way to go Beechwood !!

First congrats to Beechwood. Those young men deserved the win. The out muscled my Panthers. The game was closer than the score says. FHS tied it up at 14 all in the third quarter, then the wheels fell off. Three costly turnovers led to the failure of the Panthers. Number 72 is a beast, the best ol/dl lineman I have seen in the last 10 years.

 

Congrats to Coach Rash and the his Tigers. I am looking forward to playing the Tigers next season in the Regional Finals again.

Neico Teipel had an exceptional game. Kept grinding out the yards and wearing down the panthers. Does anyone know how many yards he got tonight?

Agreed, the game was closer than the score shows. Definitely a tough battle into the fourth quarter. Quan Weaver is the best back Beechwood has faced this year. Beechwood did a great job containing him except for one big run but he is D1 material. This game was won by Beechwood at the line of scrimmage and in those Kentucky miles run in August. Frankfort is a heck of a team. Congrats to the Tigers for digging deep and grinding out the win.

He is a real nice back. But to me what is more impressive is the way that that offensive line moves and gets down field on blocks.

That's the story. Game was fairly close until the fourth. Costly fumbles by the Panthers that the Tigers capitalized on. Game won on the line of scrimmage. Congrats to both teams.
