Rams I want to see a defensive show this week! Offense sells tickets, defense wins championships! Play mad every down of the game! Be mad they even have the football on your field. Punish them on every down make them remember the time they got HIT and BEAT on, against the orange!

I would certainly hope not, I know that I am not and am frankly worried about this one. I don't think that it matters if we are or not. As you said, the Ram players had better not be, if so this Friday ends the season. I am sure that the Ram coaches are not looking past this one and I don't think that our players are either. They have remained focused all season.

I can just about bet the job has been layed out to each player and they all filled out there work sheets. And they are hard at work on the field and in the film room. Getting ready for some smash mouth football come Friday. Fairview is coming to Raceland in the frame of mind to take this win and the dream of these senior boys back with them to Westwood. It time to turn it up. And get to work, Remember Fairview is coming to town. That should be all that needs to be said to the Rams.

Ram's will roll on with a easy victory in this one, about 45-7 is my prediction.A good tune up for what is ahead,after this week thing's start getting a whole lot more diffucult.........

NO one, absolutely no one is overlooking Fairview. They are a good team and have big play capability. Jones is a triple threat at quarterback. We just have to play Raceland Ram football. We have to control our game and execute our gameplan. We cannot worry about who the opponent is or what they do, because we cannot control that. Raceland is 0-0 and have met none of their goals to date.

 

Every Ram fan knows what Fairview brings to the table. It also is one of those games where you can throw the records out the window. This could be a scrimmage game and the intensity would be high. So, taking into consideration this is a playoff game makes it HUGE!!!!!!

I don't think anyone, I mean anyone, is over looking Fairview. Fairview is the game this week and that is all everyone is focused on. We don't even know if LCA will win this week, they play a good team this Friday. We will worry about that later.

 

Fairview is the game to focus on, and that is all anyone is talking about. Fairview can be a dangerous team, and we know it. This is a local Class A rivalry, and it will be a good game, with no favorite in my opinion.

 

Records mean nothing at this time of year, and every game is the biggest of the year. There is no second chances and there is no bad performances, if there is, you go home.

 

Over looking? No. Just focused.

It is Tuesday and the wind is howling and the snow is blowing and Raceland fans are anticipating Football Friday. Raceland has a storied football past, full of great players, coaches and games. But 11 wins have only been reached 3 times; 1987 (11-2), 2006 (11-2) and 2008 (11-0). Is this the year that the Rams continue the playoff run and break their old records and set new standards? Is this the year a Ram team finally wins a Regional Championship or more? Well, it all hangs on how you play this week. Go out there and continue to TCB and if your lucky, the journey will continue. Go out there and play like it is no big deal, and you'll wonder the rest of your life; what might have been. Continue to practice hard and stay focused. Remember, you have not reached your goals yet.

Rams have had a great season but a rival game such as this should not be as easy as some are predicting. I wish both teams a great game and injury free. You know how the saying goes it is hard to beat the same team twice.It will definetly be worth coming out to watch.
