November 5, 200817 yr SC was called for McCain with less than 1% of the vote in AND with Obama having more votes. I would love to get behind the scenes to study the data they use to make these calls.Exit polls ... which came back to bite the networks in Florida in 2000.

November 5, 200817 yr ABC has called Penn for Obama. WV has gone to McCain even though Obama has more votes. My dad has noticed ABC is only reporting Obama victories and saying they don't feel comfortable calling any state in which McCain has a lead. He believes this is to lead the west into believing Obama has the victory already.
November 5, 200817 yr Well, so far, several of my votes have been for winners! John Yarmuth returns, as does McConnell. Those were two important ones. Locally, Tom Owen wins, but he was the only one on the ballot, so that helps my win tally.
