If HHS has to forfeit its games, then could it be that there is no 3A title game played this year??? It's just a few days until the game, Bell Co has obviously stopped practicing and has made no arrangements to play on Saturday.

We don't know Sydsam2000.

I dont know!

Would someone please answer my ?.
I am offended that you would even suggest that. I would never kid around about something like this.

Didn't mean to offend just thought the timing of this ruling was incredible. I was in a state of shock.

Could we see a Cov Cath vs Bell Co Tomarrow!

Thanks. Could someone speculate. Better not. Not with this type of situation.

If thats the case very bad for all . Highlands , the MItchell kid , Cov Cath and Bell Co.

and Boyle County. They don't need any astericks* in the record books or in people's mind.

No, I'd say the timing is quite credible, considering the parties involved.

That would be a big possibility, but I would say not tommorrow. Maybe Sat..

This could end up being the worst eyesore since Pinner. If Highlands does win the game but the original ruling is in the end decided to be final, what is the true result? It's not the same as other situations where the team either lost in the championship (as Hoptown did) or were to win with an ineligible player. In the end, no team would have a legit claim to the title, with Highlands winning with all eligible players against Boyle, but using an ineligible player in other games. Effectively all teams would have lost or forfeited their last game.

I agree, but if this does happen, then Cov Cath and Bell will be or should be in the equation.

Wow way to look at the other side of it.

Somebody wake up Leatherneck for some lawyerly pontification.

Unbelievable! The KHSAA is ridiculous, they should just let things be and live with the Circuit Court injunction. Why do this with ONE game left?

I've heard rumblings that the KHSAA was still looking into the matter during the season. And now the other shoe drops.
