At Mason the coach has a full teaching load (at least they have in the past). That's not the case at some of the other programs that have been mentioned.

I don't think there is anything wrong with having a full teaching load, but not having lesson plans or grading to complete would be a plus to most coaches when evaluating the overall situation.

Everyone is saying Scott County but of course they are if they have players transferring into their school system for whatever reason. Come on people they should win the state title for the next couple years.

Teaching load? Chris O'Hearn is the Assistant Principal in charge of student discipline!! I think this would be worse than teaching.

 

As for the best job, I think that would be a toss up between Scott Co and GRC. Certified teachers as attendance clerks? :lol: What more could you ask for?

I think everyone is forgetting a major one! Lexington Catholic!

This is one of those subjects where you have to look at public and private in a a seperate light. Talent pool is much larger, $$ are different, etc.

Scott County. They have all the resources.

Wayne County and Lincoln County are great jobs. Basketball is the main sport, good facilities, and a chance to win the region most years.
