Lloyd has a few decent players but nobody that will blow you away. Roger Herthel I believe is their best player but I could be wrong. They're not very big height wise and have small guards. A few athletic kids but nobody who's going to blow you away.

 

Llyod has a shot to make it to the Regional this season, I believe their district is Villa Ludlow and Dixie.

I usually get to see a few 9th Region teams during the course of the season; Oldham County typically plays Ryle early, and we've seen Boone County, Dixie Heights, and Holmes in recent years. But I can't remember ever seeing a Lloyd team, so I appreciate any of the info.

I think St Henry is in the 34th now too. It will be tough for Lloyd to make it out with Dixie and St Henry both in there.

Well don't the teams in the district vote on how they want it: either blind or seeded. With St. Henry in there now will that change it at all?

Not exactly sure. I'd assume St Henry and Dixie would want a seeded district to keep from having to play one another in the first round, but I'm not too sure how Lloyd, Villa, and Ludlow would feel about that. I'd think Lloyd would vote for a seeded district though considering year in and year out they shouldn't finish no worse than #3.

I'd guess Lloyd would vote random just for the possibility of St. Henry and Dixie playing in the first round like you said but your guess is as good as mine.

Wouldn't seeding make more sense? I don't understand the blind draw, I know Holmes and Cov Cath's District seeds, but are they the only one?

Yes seeding would make way more sense, but you do with what you've got and I don't see them changing it any time soon.

Just got word that a certain player may potentially be returning to one of the top teams in the region that may shake some things up. Stay tuned.
