The Northern Kentucky Basketball Coaches Association recently released its lists of the area's top teams and players.

 

Defending state runner-up Holmes is No. 1 in the coaches' rankings, followed by Boone County.

 

Holmes junior Ricardo Johnson was rated as the area's best player, just ahead of fellow Holmes junior Elijah Pittman.

Here's my question though...where is the list of where the teams and players are ranked???

I wasn't surprised as many others won't be.

Well if you'd read the artice in the link you'd see there was no list.

 

He just said Holmes and Boone were no.'s 1 and 2 and that Johnson and Pittman were the top two players in the area.

I read the blog yesterday on cincinnati.com and I am almost positive there was a list. :thumb: Because I remember Covcath was 3. And Earls and Shover and Giwa among others were listed as top players as well.

Kind of surprised Housely of Holmes isn't in the top 10. And I'd have J.Johnson in front of Giwa.

Covcath will be better than some think. They're definetly a top 5 team IMO.

 

I'll agree Ryle may be ranked a little low though. The problem with them is every year the same hype is created and they always fail to live up to it.
