October 20, 200817 yr Powell endorsing Obama may be the "nail in McCain's coffin". It will probably get some undecided and Independent votes. He didn't speak very highly of Palin which I think was an accurate perception. Good for him. Hopefully, we will see him in Obama's cabinet if he is elected. He evidently lied through his teeth to the United Nations about Weapons of Mass Destruction. At least thats what all the democrats said that President Bush did and Powell said the same thing.

I suspect that Powell addressed the UN in good faith, believing what the Bush administration and our intelligence agencies had told him. Does that constitute lying? No ... Does it constitute spreading fase information? Powell has basically affirmed that to be the case.

I have always thought that you Obamaites were more concerned with political correctness and censorship than you were with the danger to the republic of socialism. Indeed, as expected, I was correct. Since the meaning of most all of these tags is in the eyes of the beholder and since the majority seems to be heck-bent (How's that for pc?) on seriously damaging individual initiative in favor of spreading the wealth, I will refrain from further postings on the subject and use my time and energies to accumulate some more hard-earned wealth for my heirs before the socialists take over and expect me to support those who tend to be allergic to work. I am not including the truly needy in this last group because they are entitled to our assistance. I am referring to the con artists who perpetuate themselves generation after generation and who will vote in mass (possibly several times each) and will determine the outcome of the election. How does the saying go? Oh yes, the inmates will run the asylum I was the first one to ask why it would be obvious, and waited for an answer. You waited until someone brought race up, so you could turn the tables. That's why I waited for your response and didn't fall for the bait. I am a 52 year old white male and your constant use of boy is starting to wear on me just a bit. Boys and girls could just as easily can be replace with people. You came on here to press someones button and they let you. I get tired of all the politcal corectness myself, but when you start something that you know will turn into race, and then use boy to refer to posters you're pushing it a little to far. I have said before and will say again Bush lied to us, Colin Powell, and anyone else that would listen because he wanted to get Sadam. No I don't have any links it's my opinion.
