He does, and you can tell when he doesn't like someone. He really wore his dislike for Romney on his sleeve during the primaries and I think it's evident he doesn't like Obama either.

they have a group of people watching and when it goes up the people are liking what they are hearing and when it goes down they aren't liking it, it has a few minutes delay though. like when it is up during obama that is reaction to McCain and if it is down in Obama it was reaction to McCain.

The meter...as the red goes up, the women that are participating in the CNN viewing room feel positive about what is being said. The green line is for men. They have a mix of undecided democrats, republicans and independents.
