IMO, in the democratic primary he won all the pre Iowa caucus debates!

Katie wasn't being hard on her either, she was trying to help her find the words at one point.

 

To be fair, we need to have the interviewers asking Joe Biden about every piece of legislation that Senator Obama has been a part of which cover regulatory lending and other issues. Palin has been hammered on not knowing everything that McCain has accomplished in his 27 years as a senator, then it should be easy for Biden to know everything that Obama has accomplished and supported/opposed from his time in the state and federal senates.

 

How about letting her define herself like Obama and Biden get to do on a daily basis?

A couple of Republican strategists are upset about her not being accessable to the press in greater amounts. They felt that she just doesn't have any confidence with the media right now. I can't dissagree with that.

I just read the interview and Palin brought up McCains track record three times before Couric ask her for examples, and she certainly didn't ask her to recite all of the bills he's been apart of. She ask for one example and Palin told her she would have to get back to her. I would hope Biden knows alot more about Obama than Palin does McCain.

I don't think Palin knew what she was getting into when she accepted the VP slot. The more and more we know about Palin, the more we all realize that she's just not ready to be VP, let alone #1. So I feel the question becomes, should she be upset with McCain for putting her in this position? He's obviously just used her for his own gain and got a nice two week bump from her. Now she's a liability and making herself look foolish on national TV. Just a sticky situation all the way around.

See...I don't think it's McCain's fault per se. If she had any sense, she'd know her limits. I mean, if my GM asked me to be the AGM of my hotel, I'd say, "HECK no!" I'd have to have knowledge of some areas that I don't have. I do have enough knowledge to know I don't WANT that knowledge. I mean her saying she has foreign policy experience because Alaska is next to Russia, is like me saying I have Food & Beverage experience because I ate in a restaurant, or directed guests to the Ballroom. A person has to know their limits if they want to be successful.

Biden, while he does have a propensity for sticking his foot in his mouth, is at least coherent when given simple questions. Did you listen to that 1:28 of the interview? If it made sense to you, you're a better person than I. There's another clip out there where she talks about Israel and it's just as unintelligible.
