Biden, while he does have a propensity for sticking his foot in his mouth, is at least coherent when given simple questions. Did you listen to that 1:28 of the interview? If it made sense to you, you're a better person than I. There's another clip out there where she talks about Israel and it's just as unintelligible.

I've seen quite a few videos where both Biden and Obama sound unintelligible as well. It's funny to me how those on the left have such an obsession with Palin's foreign policy experience and totally ignore Obama's. Jimmy Carter had little, if any, foreign experience when he ran, Bill Clinton as well. Where was media and those on the left then? Where is the media and those on the left with Obama's lack of experience on foreign policy or anything for that matter?

Biden's gaffes are of the "stand up (guy in wheelchair)" variety. Agree with him or not, he knows policy and speaks coherently.

 

Secondly, there seems to be a pattern here for Gov. Palin. Hard to understand what she's actually saying (not just in this interview) and hard to determine if she truly has a grasp of things.

His gaffes more than just that as you know full well, so are Obama's. Obama's total lack of knowledge of our own history is an ongoing gaffe for crying out loud. :lol:

However, you are correct if you mean she didn't "sound" good.

I've watched both segments of the interview when aired. I was struck by how she tried to sound as if she knew, but the would either seeminly lose her train of thought, or (as it appeard to me) be searching for a way to find a different topic to discuss. I thought Katie Couric was quite fair in allowing Palin to (hopefully) eventually finish her thought, which would presumably lead to an answer (never did). Couric was good, though, about repeating the question to try and get a direct question.

 

Palin needs to stick to short, sweet and to the point. The more she spoke, the more she began to ramble, and lose focus on answering the question.
