Magnum P. I. Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 I have never been a fan of this pole but hey it gives us something to talk about. All it really is, is saying that if you win your not going to lose your spot. If you lose then well your going to fall a couple of notches. Its not that important but it gives other people that dont keep up with it enough something to go by.
JP55 Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 They should have never changed it from the top 5.
dr13 Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Bell Co. is the most overrated team in the state.
taz74 Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Somebody has to beat them to get them from the top spot. who will it be?
Log Mountain Boy Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Bell Co. is the most overrated team in the state. Says the Corbin fan. Anyways if your going to make a point like that please explain why you think they are overrated.
mtn mafi Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Bell Co. is the most overrated team in the state. Anyone that wants the top spot there are several openings on the schedule for 2009. Bell would love to stay in the mountains and play games. Anyone in the top 10 just give them a call.:thumb:

Anyone in the top 10 just give them a call.:thumb: 2 years ago, when the 2007/2008 schedules were being made both Belfry and Bell had week 5 open. I know contact was made and a game was offered. Why didn't that game materialize?
goat Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Bell Co. is the most overrated team in the state. Bell County is not overrated!:flame::fire:

Anyone in the top 10 just give them a call.:thumb: Be careful there... :sssh: Bell Co. has had no interest in scheduling a home/away series with Prestonsburg (since 2004).
JP55 Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 Be careful there... :sssh: Bell Co. has had no interest in scheduling a home/away series with Prestonsburg (since 2004). And I loved seeing those Blackcats taking it to them.
Trenches07 Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 Be careful there... :sssh: Bell Co. has had no interest in scheduling a home/away series with Prestonsburg (since 2004). I agree with the post above on this one. Bell has several openings on the schedule next season. I am sure they would love to schedule the Blackcats next year. After all, its just a phone call.

Bell would love to stay in the mountains and play games. Anyone in the top 10 just give them a call.:thumb: From all indications, this is far from the truth. Maybe Dudley feels like he will be ready to visit CAM next season though when Belfry has some open spots on their schedule? As oneijoe said, the last Bobcat team to travel to the Pike/Floyd County region was the Shawn Robbins lead team who nearly beat Highlands, Pburg (who lost in the Regional Finals) took care of business. Since then Bell has sought games in Tennessee against inferior competition.
