I agree with the post above on this one. Bell has several openings on the schedule next season. I am sure they would love to schedule the Blackcats next year. After all, its just a phone call.

 

The point is the phone call has been made already, as has it with Belfry, and the Bobcats seem to let it go to voicemail instead.

Thats what I love about High School football everbody loves to remeber the times when they beat Bell County. Bell has always had better than average team and somehow people love to relicious the good ole days beating the bobcats. If I wanted a history lesson i would watch the history channel. This years football season if we could keep it that way.

"Relish the good ole days" ? What are you talking about ?? Bell Co. has never beaten Prestonsburg. If the Bobcats want another shot, Bell Co. can call Prestonsburg. The number is listed...

Just so you don't misread me...Bell Co.'s a great program - one of the best in EKY, without a doubt. Hilton is an elite coach and Bell Co.'s fans support them very well.

 

But...

 

They're certainly not THE elite program in this part of the state. Belfry comes much closer to that. And I find that "call us anytime" smack talk conceited and offensive.

I guess I hit a sore spot. I was responding to dr13. However, I just wanted to let you know that Bell has contacted your coach and has ask to play a two year contract. We also have the same open dates...so the ball is on the Blackcats side of the field, so to speak. I hope coach Derosett can work that out.:eek:

What about Belfry?

Belfry has won the big price most recently but I think that you can throw darts in the dark and could claim king of the mountain to either Bell, Corbin, or Belfry over time. These 3 teams are the most consistant when it comes to state and mountain rankings.
