SLINK Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 Wildcats take on Hilltoppers in first ever meeting. WKU will bring 4000-4500 fans and should be a great atmosphere at Commonwealth. I feel the Cats will play much better than two weeks ago and win 34-10.

cvillecat Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 Western also has a couple of players that the folks from Raceland & Ashland are familiar with so it will add a little extra flair to the game for me. Tyrell Hayden, RB played at Lexington Christian & Mike Gothard originally from Ashland whose dad (Mike)was a standout in two sports ( football & baseball) at Ashland and played LB at Vanderbilt Univ. It has been awhile since we last talked so I'll be looking forward to talking with him at the game. I hope these two have great games but like Goldsunrise stated, I'll be pulling for the Wildcat win.
