Best RB in the country

Featured Replies

Since there was a tread that was about QB I thought I would start one about QB. Before the season to me it was a toss up out of Knowshon Moreno and Chris Wells, but with Wells down and Moreno having a bit of a slow start who else is out there?

He's their QB:D But their RB is very good in Noel Divine.

My mistake. Devine is a good replacement.

Maybe a bit optimistic here.. nice back, but definately has not proven enough to be in the elite category

With Wells hurt and not sure when he will come back I now would have to go with ............

Moreno (UGA)

Hill (Wisconson)

Spiller (Clemson)

Murray (OU)

Johnson (Boise St.)

Should Wells come back healthy I still would definately include him in that group as well.

Oh it's definitely an optimistic pick. :thumb:

There are a lot of really good running backs that noone has ever heard of. A possible list:

Robert Griffin, Baylor

Rodney Stewart, Colorado

Jeremiah Johnson, Oregon

Evan Royster, Penn St.

Darrell Scott, Maryland

P.J. Hill, Wisconsin

Ian Johnson, Boise St.

C.J. Gable, USC

Joe McKnight, USC

Never heard of the bolded...

Are you asking who the best backs are or which backs have posted the best numbers thus far?

Moreno, Wells, and my personal favorite Javon Ringer.

Ringer is tough. He should definently be listed among the best.

My top 5...

1. Javon Ringer

2. Moreno

3. Beanie Wells

4. Jahvid Best

5. Evan Royster
