September 11, 200818 yr This marks the second time this year I have been hit by a woman driver and the second time she hit and ran. This timew though a passer by, who turned out to be the brother of the woman who hit me handed the license plate to me and then he called his sister to let her know she best come back. Being she was insured I did not press charges. Damge about 1,600 dollars plus a rent a car for nine days if not more while my car is being fixed. Neither of us was hurt and that is the most important thing.
September 11, 200818 yr And exactly what is your point by using the phrase "another woman driver?" Last year I was hit by "another man driver." Didn't feel the need to single out the entire sex.
September 11, 200818 yr If she left the scene of an accident I don't think pressing charges would be left up to you. Did she return before the police arrived? I'm sure her brother and her won't be exchanging Christmas gifts this year.:lol:

September 11, 200818 yr Author  I think he indicated it was the second time this year he was hit by a woman driver. DING DING WE HAVE A WINNER. That's the only thing I meant. Funny how some want to Immediately take things in another direction.
September 11, 200818 yr What did she give for the reason she drove off? People kill me when they try and make excuses about it. If she had drove off I would have pressed charges no matter what, because had that not been her brother then you would have never seen her again.
September 11, 200818 yr Author Did she hit you hard enough for her license plate to fall off?Yep that she did. The officer on the scene said it was up to me if I wanted to press charges. Yes she came back a few mimutes before the officer got there.
