911 Conspiracy Theories

Featured Replies

If you think the government discloses everything, thats pretty naive...

I never said the government tells the general public every single detail about everything. I just assume they didn't. But if you think the government is behind 9/11 then that's pretty paranoid.

Put the LP on the turntable, put the needle down, and hand rotate it counterclockwise.

For those of you born in probably 1988 or later, LP's are "licorice pizza," or slang for a record, 33 speed or 45 speed. A turntable is what records used to be played on, and a needle was the device on the turntable that you lowered . . .

Nice. I actually have a turn table and a nice slate of vinyl to go with it, so I will be trying this out. Does spinning it backwards hurt the player, needle, vinyl, etc in any way?

Someone here is using their noodle.

Aww, shucks. Seriously, though, thanks. That may be the nicest thing I've heard all day.

:D

Funny. The video last night had the conspiracy theorists running the other way from the "controlled demolition" theory. They aren't hanging on that anymore...

Did that fireman expect to find full conference tables in tact?

And, who would you get to pick up the scraps after this event? Red Cross?

What video are you talking about? Building 7 has always bothered me as to why it imploded like it did.

BTW, the conspiracy theory revolves around a World Bank, not our or anyone elses government. The theory's logical end is for all of us to be enslaved by a world government controlled by the richest of the rich.

It had been on fire for several hours due to damage incurred when the towers collapsed and since it had been evacuated the decision was made not to risk any more lives by going in. The fires and debris damage eventually brought it down.

Not video, show. My mistake. It was "9/11 Conspiracies" on the History Channel.

If you truly believed the government was behind 9/11 why would you stay in this country? Why would you want to live in a place where the government is capable of doing something like this to it's citizens? These theories just make me laugh that intelligent well minded people buy into this crap.

I deal with this with students that believe that the moon landing was a hoax. Nothing aggravates me more then an intelligent student who believes that. Questioning it, yes okay...could it have been faked, yes...believing it was, no.
